By accessing or using Clipzy ("Service"), operated by Clipzy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getclipzy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or violates applicable laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the media you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated outputs are owned by you, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

6. Credits & Payments

Certain features require credits, available through paid subscription plans. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Clipzy and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
